Support with the Cisco Accessory Hub Desktop App
You can now change and customize your advanced earbuds settings also with the Cisco Accessory Hub, in addition to the B&O mobile app. Follow the link for more information on how to install the Cisco Accessory Hub Desktop App.
Wind Guard for Active Noise Cancellation
You can enable or disable the Wind Guard feature to reduce wind noise interference with the Active Noise Cancellation of the earbuds using the B&O mobile app or Cisco Accessory Hub Desktop App.
Enhancements to the Notification Customization
You are now able to hear audio feedback of your selection, when changing between the types of notification (Voice or Tone) in the Audible Notifications settings of the B&O mobile app.
Minor bug fixes
Bug fixes in this release for both the Webex/UC and Microsoft Teams 950 version include stability improvements in multipoint pairing scenarios. Further, on-ear call control enhancements with the Webex client across different use case scenarios, like switching between single and duo earbud use or in simultaneous calling scenarios, were made. Some voice prompt trigger conditions were also refined for an overall better experience, along with some other minor fixes.
Specifically for the 950 Microsoft Teams version, the unintended launching of the Apple Music App on MacOS, when connecting the earbuds through the Cisco USB Adapter and using the on-ear controls with the Microsoft Teams client, was resolved.

Bang & Olufsen Cisco 950 certified for Microsoft Teams
Cisco is excited to announce a new model of the Bang & Olufsen Cisco 950 – certified for Microsoft Teams. Featuring the same premium true wireless earbud experience for professionals as the existing 950s, these earbuds have specialized software allowing for advanced integrations with the Microsoft Teams client. The advanced integrations enable call control interoperability and specialized controls including evoking the Teams client on desktop and raising/lowering your hand during a meeting. Note that the Microsoft Teams certified experience requires a connection using the Cisco USB HD Adapter, which is included in the box.

Call controls and mute sync with IP phones
The B&O Cisco 950 integrates for call controls and mute sync with the Cisco MPP and On-Premises IP phones, which support Bluetooth or USB-A Port for the Cisco USB HD Adapter.
Minor bug fixes
Bug fixes in this release include improvements to the voice prompt triggering across different scenarios. Enhanced call controls and mute sync to support Cisco IP Phones. Customization features such as Bluetooth management in the Bang & Olufsen mobile app are improved and aligned with the new firmware.
