The contact center application UI language is based on the language preference settings on your browser.


 

In the Firefox browser, the application UI language is based on the preferred language that you select for the web pages. You can select the web page language in the web page Language Settings dialog box (Settings > General > Language and Appearance > Language > Choose...).
