From the customer view in https://admin.webex.com, go to Services, and under Meeting, select Sites.

Choose the Webex site to change the settings for, and click Settings.

Under Common Settings, select Security.

Choose the locking behavior and other security features under Webex meeting security settings:

  • When a meeting is unlocked. Everyone in your organization can always join unlocked meetings. Choose the experience for guests from outside of your organization. The options are: Guests can join directly, Guests wait in the lobby until the host admits them, and Guests can't join.

  • Automatically lock meeting [n] minutes after the meeting starts. You can automatically lock the meeting after it starts. Just turn this setting on, and select the number of minutes after which you want the meeting to lock.

    You can choose from 0, 5, 10, 15, or 20 minutes. By default, meetings lock after 10 minutes.

    This setting applies to meetings when hosts haven't set their preference when they scheduled their meetings.

  • When a meeting is locked. Choose whether or not participants wait in the lobby or cannot join when the meeting is locked. The options are: Everyone waits in the lobby until the host admits them, and No one can join the meeting.

Click Update.

Sign in to Webex Site Administration and go to Configuration > Common Site Settings > Options.
