You can restart your Cisco Webex Share if you are having a technical issue. A device restart from Cisco Control Hub does not affect your settings and the log files are retained. If you do a power cycle, then the log files are lost.

From the customer view in https://admin.webex.com/, go to Devices.

Select your device from the inventory and open Advanced Configurations.

Click the search bar and select Maintenance > Restart.

Select Restart from the drop-down list.

Click Apply.
