Cancel your paid Webex subscription

When you cancel your paid Webex Meetings subscription, here’s what happens:

  • We’ll turn off auto-renewal for your account.

  • You keep using the paid features until your subscription runs out. For example, if you paid in advance for an annual plan and you cancel after nine months, you get access to your existing plan for three more months.

Proceed in one of the following ways, depending on how you've purchased your subscription.

  • You've purchased your plan through Cisco Commerce Express (CCE) or a partner—Per your Universal Cloud Agreement, Contact your Customer Success Manager at least 30 days prior to the end of your contract.

When your subscription expires, we’ll automatically delete your account.

  • You've purchased your plan from webex.com—Proceed with the following steps.

When your subscription expires, we’ll automatically move you to a free plan for Webex Meetings. If you don’t want or need the free plan, you can delete your account.
