Join the meeting, select More Options, choose Use phone for audio, and then click Join With Video.


 

To connect to a Webex Share device, select More Options, choose your Webex Share device and then choose More Options > Use phone for audio.

Choose how you want to connect your audio to the meeting:

  • Call Me—Enter your contact information and then click Connect Audio.

  • Call In—From your phone, dial one of the numbers listed, and when prompted, enter the meeting number and attendee ID.

The option you choose becomes the default for subsequent meetings.


 

If you’re joining a Cisco Webex Personal Room or standard Webex meeting, your audio won’t connect until the host joins.

Join the meeting, select Device Options, and then choose one of the available options.

  • My Phone—Choose this option to join using Webex Teams directly. Depending on your phone's configuration, this option might use Wi-Fi, your cellular service provider, or a combination of them.
  • Connected Webex device—If you're connected to a Webex device, you can use it to join your meeting.
  • Call In—Use this option if you don't have access to a strong and reliable Wi-Fi network, or if you just prefer to call in using your cellular service provider.
  • Call Me—Use this option if you prefer to have Webex Teams call you using any phone number you enter. For international dialing codes, tap +1 to select a code before entering your phone number.

 

The option you choose for this meeting becomes the default for future meetings.

This option is selected automatically, unless you're connected to a device.

Click , select Use phone for audio, and then choose the video option you want to use:

  • Send and receive video—Use if you want to see other people in the meeting, and you also want to share your video too.
  • No video—Select this option if you don't want others to see you when you join the meeting. Keep in mind that you won't be able to see anyone else's video either.

Click Join Meeting and then choose one of these options to use your phone for audio:

  • Call Me—Enter your contact information and then click Connect Audio.
