joining meetings on Apple TV

You have the familiar Webex App experience but on a larger screen. You can see up to 25 meeting participants in grid view, view shared meeting content in stack view, and use Apple TV reactions to express how you feel.

You can't join Webex webinars on Apple TV.

We only support the meetings features mentioned in this article.

Join a meeting on Apple TV

1

Sign in to Webex App and you see a list of upcoming meetings. Use the Siri Remote to click the meeting you want to join.

The meetings list contains meetings that were scheduled using Hybrid Calendar Service. Apple TV doesn’t have a local calendar app so you can't see or join local calendar meetings.

Alternatively, to join a meeting by entering the meeting number, use the Siri Remote to click Join a meeting and then enter the meeting number.

2

The app prompts you to connect your iPhone or iPad so that Apple TV can use the Continuity Camera feature to access your device's microphone and camera. Use the Siri Remote to click Add camera.

If you don't connect your iPhone or iPad, other participants won't see your video or hear your audio.
You see a preview of your video and audio settings.
3

(Optional) Use the Siri Remote to mute or unmute your microphone.

You can only turn off your video after you join the meeting.
4

When you're ready to join the meeting, click Join Meeting using the Siri Remote.

Use the Siri Remote to turn off your video or mute or unmute your microphone on your iPhone or iPad.
5

To leave or end the meeting, click End Meeting using the Siri Remote.
