Install and set up Webex LTI Legacy in Blackboard Learn or Blackboard Learn with Ultra Experience so that teachers and students start and attend classes, participate in class discussions, share files, and schedule office hours.
Request Webex LTI Legacy installation credentials
Use the following steps to install Webex LTI Legacy in Blackboard Learn release 3400.5.0-rel.12+393c117. You need to be a Blackboard Administrator and a Webex site administrator to complete the installation. If you have Blackboard Learn with Ultra Experience, make sure any courses are in Ultra Course View.
Before you begin
Before you can install Webex LTI Legacy, you first must Configure Your Webex Site for Webex LTI Legacy.

If you are an existing Webex customer with a current Webex LTI Legacy registration, please open a support case with Cisco TAC for assistance in generating installation credentials.

Configure Your Blackboard Site

Sign in to Blackboard with your administrator account and click Admin. |

Go to the Integrations section, select REST API Integrations and click Create Integration. |

Enter the following information:

Go to LTI Tool Provider. select Choose Manage Placements from the drop-down menu, and then click Create Placement. |

Authorize Webex LTI Legacy in Blackboard Learn

Navigate to a course and select to open Webex LTI Legacy. |

From the Setup tab, scroll to the Classroom collaboration section, click Authorize and follow the on-screen instructions. |
