Open Webex and sign in.

Click Settings on the navigation sidebar.

Click Calling, scroll to Additional call settings and then click Advanced call settings.

Click Voicemail and then click Launch Voicemail Inbox.

Depending on how your organization is set up, you may need to sign in again.

What to do next

You can use the new PIN to access your voicemail and customizable settings when you go to Voicemail in Webex App and then click Call Voicemail .
