If you don't have the option to customize your navigation sidebar, reach out to your organization administrator to enable it.

Your Messaging, Meetings, and Calling tabs are fixed in place.

But you can reorder the Teams,, Contacts, voicemail,, Vidcast, App Hub, and Personal Insights tabs.

You can also add apps and website shortcuts to the sidebar.

Your organization administrator may also add, or remove selected tabs from the sidebar.

Before you begin

Open Webex and sign in.

Drag and drop a tab to your desired position on the sidebar, or drop a tab on the More menu to unpin it from the sidebar.

You can also right click on a tab and select Unpin from sidebar.

Click More , to see tabs you have unpinned. Your most recent unpinned item appears at the top of the list.

Your App hub, and Personal insights tabs, appear in the More menu by default.

  • To pin a tab to the sidebar, right click on it and select Pin to sidebar.

  • To open the sidebar settings window, click Manage sidebar.

    You can then drag and drop, or use keyboard shortcuts, to rearrange the tab order on the sidebar.

If you change your app size, tabs are automatically placed into the More menu to accommodate the reduced size.
