On your earbuds, you can hear the voice notification when you get an incoming call.

Tap the right earbud to answer an incoming call.

If you've enabled a voice prompt or tone in the audible notifications, you can hear it when you get an incoming call.

To reject an incoming call, double-tap and hold the right earbud.

If you've enabled a voice prompt in the audible notifications, you can hear it when the call rejects.

You can end an ongoing call or meeting with your earbuds.

Double-tap and hold the right earbud to end a call.

If you've enabled a tone in the audible notifications, you can hear the tone when the call ends.

You can mute and unmute with your earbuds when you're in call.

Tap the right earbud to mute or unmute.

If you've enabled a voice prompt or tone in the audible notifications, you can hear it when you mute or unmute.

You can adjust the volume with your earbuds.

Tap and hold the right earbud to increase the volume.

Tap and hold the left earbud to decrease the volume.

You can cycle through the following modes when you're in a call.

• Neutral
• Own voice
• Active noise cancellation

Tap the left earbud to switch between the modes.

When you have a Webex meeting starting on your desktop, your earbud(s) play a gentle, in-ear tone notification. After hearing the notification, you can join the Webex meeting with a single tap on the earbud at the meeting start time. The in-ear notification can be changed to voice, tone, or no notification from the Webex app, the Cisco Accessory hub desktop app, or the B&O mobile app.

This feature is available on both the Bang & Olufsen Cisco 950 Webex/UC and Microsoft Teams models.

• In stereo mode, single tap the right earbud at the meeting start time when you hear the in-ear notification.
• In mono mode, single tap the earbud at the meeting start time when you hear the in-ear notification.

Ability to join the meeting utilizing the B&O Cisco 950 single tap gesture is available for 6 minutes after the meeting start time. After the 6-minute window, you’ll need to join the meeting directly from within the Webex app.
