Upload, update, and remove the custom reactions that meeting participants can send during meetings.

You can configure up to 10 custom reactions for your organization.

Sign in to Control Hub

Under Services, click Meeting and then click Settings.

Scroll to Reactions and toggle on Custom Reactions.

Click Upload.

Enter a display name for the reaction.

Click Select a static image to upload the static PNG that appears in the reactions menu.

Click Select an animated image to upload the animated GIF that meeting participants will see when the reaction plays in a meeting.

Click Add reaction.

Repeat the process until you have uploaded the reactions that you want to make available, up to a maximum of 10 reactions.

To update or remove an existing reaction, open the saved reaction and edit or delete .

Click Upload.

Meeting participants in your organization can use the configured custom reactions during meetings.
