Turn off annotation in a Webex webinar
Feedback?As a panelist in a webinar, when someone shares their screen or an application, you can ask the presenter if you can annotate the shared content. If you're the host or cohost and want to keep the presentation focused, prevent panelists from requesting to annotate. The host, cohost, and presenter are still able to annotate the shared content.
This feature is available on our Webex Suite meeting platform. Find out if your meetings use the Webex Suite meeting platform.

Open Webex and sign in. |

During a webinar, go to More options |

Under Allow for all panelists, uncheck Annotation and click Apply. |

Toggle off Annotation and tap Done. |
