Use this procedure if you want to enable Snapchat Bitmoji for everyone in your organization. You could also choose to disable it for the whole organization, if you prefer to enable it only for specific groups, or specific users.

Sign in to Control Hub at https://admin.webex.com and open the Messaging page.

Find and enable the toggle for Allow Bitmoji sticker sharing.

(It is enabled by default.)

All users in your organization can now connect their Bitmoji or Snapchat account to Webex and start sharing Bitmoji stickers.
Use this procedure if you want to enable Snapchat Bitmoji for specific groups in your organization. If you already have it enabled for your whole organization, you can use this procedure to disable it for specific groups.

Sign in to Control Hub at https://admin.webex.com and open the Messaging page.

Click Templates.

Select or create a messaging template.

On the template's Settings tab, enable the setting to Allow Bitmoji sticker sharing.

Click Applied groups to select which groups should get this settings template.

All users in the groups governed by the template can now connect their Bitmoji or Snapchat account to Webex and start sharing Bitmoji stickers.
Use this procedure if you want to enable or disable Snapchat Bitmoji for a specific user. This setting overrides whatever group level or organization level setting the user may have inherited.

Select the user you want to edit, then click the user's Messaging tab.
