Turn off remote control in a Webex meeting
Feedback?During a meeting, anyone can request control of the screen or application that's being shared. If you're the host or cohost and want to ensure a secure and controlled environment, prevent attendees from requesting control of the shared content.
The host, cohosts, and the presenter will still be able to request control of the shared content.
This feature is available on our Webex Suite meeting platform. Find out if your meetings use the Webex Suite meeting platform.

Open Webex and sign in. |

During a meeting, go to More options |

Under Allow for all attendees, uncheck Remote control. |

On desktop, click Apply. |

During a meeting, tap More options |

Toggle Remote control off and tap Done. |
