Control the Settings menu access

By default, the Settings menu on Cisco Wireless Phone 9821 includes the following configuration menus.
- Phone settings
- Issue and diagnostics
- Wi-Fi
- Bluetooth
- Admin settings
- Phone information
You can control whether a phone has full or partial access to the Settings menu in Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration.

Locate the phone that you will set up. |

Navigate to the Product Specific Configuration area and set the Settings Access field.
