Solution:

Note: If the chat is not saved or a meeting is closed accidentally, the chat history cannot be retrieved.

You will be prompted to choose where to save the chat file at the end of a meeting.

See the default locations for chat files below:

Windows
Mac

For Windows:

Windows 10: C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents

For Mac OS X:

Webex Meetings: Documents\Date_MeetingName
Webex Training: Documents\Date_MeetingName_MeetingNumber
Webex Events: Documents\chat.txt
