ISSUE
When attempting to share your screen in a Webex meeting while on a Mac, the button is either grayed out or continuously prompts for access.

RESOLUTION
Follow the steps below to setup Screen Recording access for Webex.

1. Click the Apple icon (top left of screen)
2. Click System Settings
3. Click Privacy and Security
4. Turn the toggle on for Cisco Webex Meetings and Webex
   

CAUSE
This issue is caused by security permissions on Mac.
