Solution:
The following criteria must be met to schedule a meeting on behalf of another host:
- The person you are scheduling a meeting for must have a host account on the same Webex site.
- Note: The user scheduling the meeting does not require any meeting service types enabled for their account.
- The person you are scheduling a meeting for has granted your account permission to schedule meetings.
- The person you are scheduling for has granted you delegate access to their mailbox and calendar.
To assign a delegate in Outlook:
Outlook 2016
- Click on the File tab, then click the Account Settings button.
- In the list that appears, select Delegate Access.
- Click the Add... button.
- Select the delegate's name, then click OK.
- In the Delegate Permissions dialog box, select Editor in the Calendar drop-down list, then click OK.
- Open Outlook.
- Click on the Tools menu.
- Click on Accounts.
- In the Accounts dialog box, select your account from the left side of the screen.
- Click Advanced.
- Click the Delegates tab.
- Click Add.
- Select the Delegate's name, then click OK.
- In the Delegates Permissions dialog box, select Editor in the Calendar drop-down list, then click OK.
Afterwards, you must specify this individual as someone who is authorized to schedule on your behalf on the Webex website.
