The steps in this article will walk you through modifying Webex Training email templates for your host account only. If you would like to modify Webex Training emails for all hosts on a Webex site, see: https://collaborationhelp.cisco.com/article/en-us/nprmu7w

To customize Webex Training emails:

  1. Log in to your Webex site in Classic View.
  2. Schedule a new training session or edit an existing session.
  3. Scroll down to the Email Options section.
  4. Click the Edit Email Options... button.

    The 'Edit Email Options' window appears.
     
  5. Click the link of the email you would like to modify.
  6. Make the desired changes, then click the Update button.
  7. Scroll to the bottom of the Edit Email Options window, then click the Update button.
    • Note: Do not modify items enclosed in percentage signs (%). These items are variables which collect and populate unique meeting information from the Webex servers.
        
  8. Complete the rest of the scheduling process.
  9. Scroll to the bottom of the page, then click the Schedule or Update button.
