Unable to start audio and video when using a proxy server.
Unable to connect to VoIP when using a proxy server.
The audio and video connection fails over a proxy server.
Error code 65002 - Client Network
I see a spinning circle after I select VoIP to connect to audio.
Cause: This issue is caused as a result of a design change by Microsoft.
