The Host key is unavailable in the Webex Meetings email invitation.
Reclaim Host Role option is grayed out in a meeting.
For security reasons, the Host Key will not be displayed in the email invitation. We removed the Host key variable from all email templates.
The attendee can not reclaim the host role using the host key, while the host is still in the meeting. This is part of recent security enhancement.
In October 2020 Cisco announced Host key rotation, to prevent unauthorized use of the host key, the host key for a meeting will now automatically renew when a meeting ends.
