Can’t Sign In When Connecting to a Room Device or Webex Board

If you can’t sign in to finish the connection process, your room device is most likely already registered to another call service. In that case, you must factory reset the room device or board, connect to the Touch controller, and then register the device to Cisco Webex.

Room Device or Board Has a New IP Address

If your room device or board gets a new IP address, a Touch 10 that is connected over the network may lose the connection. If this happens, you can see a notice about a missing Touch controller on the screen. To reconnect, enter the new IP address on the Touch controller.
