Access to a dial pad is available if you're set up with a phone service such as Unified CM, Webex Calling, or Calling hosted by a Service Provider.

Open Webex and sign in.

Go to CallingCall button, enter a phone number in the dial pad, and then choose Audio call Audio Call button or Video call Video Call button.

During your call, click More options More Options button to access advanced calling features. Put your call on hold or transfer to someone else. With some configurations, you can also merge calls or start a conference call.

If your administrator has enabled call security for your organization, you'll see at the top right of your calling window, letting you know that the call is secure.

  • Highlight a number and use the keyboard shortcut to make a call.
  • Enter alphanumeric phonewords, such as 1-800-FLOWERS or 1-800-CONTACTS, and Webex automatically converts the letters into numbers.

During your call, to switch to your speakerphone, tap Speaker option to use while on calls., and then select Audio Settings.

Enter the phone number and then select Call Audio Call button.

When you make a video call, your speaker is used by default. When you make an audio call, your earpiece is used by default. To switch the audio of your call, tap Speaker option to use while on calls. and then select Audio Settings.
