Schedule a Webex meeting on behalf of another host
Feedback?
If you have a host account, you can schedule meetings on behalf of another host from the same Webex organization. This feature is useful if you manage someone else's calendar or if the host can't schedule or initiate the meeting on their own.
To schedule a meeting on behalf of someone else, that person must have allowed another host to schedule meetings on their behalf.
When you schedule a meeting for another host, both you and the other host can modify the meeting. You become a cohost of the meeting, but don't appear in the invitee list.
