Webex allows you to set notifications in two ways: globally so that the settings apply to all of your spaces or individually so the settings apply just to certain spaces. These settings work together to make sure you get notified about the messages that matter most to you. See Tips for Managing Notifications for help choosing the best combinations.

Click your profile picture, then select Settings > Notifications and set your preferences. Then click Save.


 

You can also choose to play a sound for each type of space (Space, Direct, Favorites). Just choose a sound from the drop-down list next to Messages or choose Off to turn them off.

  • Tap Sounds and vibration to select notification sounds, vibration alerts, or choose your notification priority. You can also restore the app to default settings.

  • Tap Messaging to select your message preferences.

  • Tap Meetings to set your preferences for recieving recording notifications.
