Return to the active call or meeting on 9800/8875 (Unified CM)
The calls list or calls bar (only for 9871/8875) can bring you back to the ongoing session of a call or meeting quickly. This Help article is for Cisco Desk Phone 9800 Series and Cisco Video Phone 8875 registered to Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Unified CM).
The calls list allows you to quickly return to or view the status of the active call or meeting.
On 9871/8875, you can also use the calls bar to open the calls list quickly.
The calendar meetings are treated as audio-only calls on the phone. Therefore, the calendar meetings are also included in the calls list.
To return to the active call or meeting, choose one of the following procedures accordingly:
- Press the line key on which the count of current calls or meetings are displayed.
- On the calls list, use the Navigation Cluster button to select your desired call or meeting.
- Perform the action as needed with the available softkeys.
- Tap or swipe up on the calls bar that displays at the bottom of the phone screen.
On certain screen (such as, pull-down speed dial list), the calls bar doesn't display.
- On the calls list, perform the action as needed with the available soft buttons.
- (Optional): Tap your desired call or meeting entry to open the in-call screen, and perform the actions as needed.
