Send Email Messages to All Webex Site Users

If you need to communicate a message to all the users in your organization, you can send a mass email to all of them at once.

1	Sign in to Webex Site Administration and go to Configuration > Email > Send Email to All . Your name and email address appears in the sender information section.
2	Write your message and select Send . In your message to all users, do not include any variables that are in the email templates for your Webex service.
