If people have signed up for Cisco Spark on their own, you can convert their accounts and assign them licenses. Then, they'll be able to use the features included with the Cisco Spark subscription.

Before You Begin

  •

You must have an active administrator email address with the same domain as the accounts you're converting.

  •

For people's accounts whose addresses are part of a large public email domain, for example gmail.com, yahoo.com, and icloud.com, invite them using their company addresses.

  •

Before you convert their accounts, disable the directory connector.

1    From the customer view in https://admin.ciscospark.com, go to Overview, and then click Review on the Licenses card.

If the button is unavailable or dimmed, no people require review and conversion.

2    Follow the prompts to select the people and their licenses.

After you convert the account, the person moves to your organization and receives an email to confirm that their account is now managed by your organization.
