WebEx Meeting Center makes hosting an online meeting easy. Schedule a meeting in advance, or start it right away. When it's time to meet, you'll be presenting and collaborating with your team as if you're in the same room.

Schedule a Meeting

You can schedule a WebEx meeting using either the Advanced Scheduler or the Quick Scheduler. Use the Quick Scheduler when you just need the basic scheduling options, or need to meet on short notice. Use the Advanced Scheduler when you need to set specific meeting options, like registration.

Log in to your organization's WebEx Meeting Center site, go to Host a Meeting > Schedule a Meeting, and fill in the meeting information.

Start a Meeting

At the scheduled meeting time, log in to your organization's WebEx Meeting Center site. Go to My WebEx > My Meetings, locate your meeting, and select Start.

Connect to Audio

To connect to the audio during a WebEx meeting, you can use your phone or your computer (with a headset).

Go to and select the way you'd like to connect.

Start Your Video

When you join a meeting, your video is off by default. If you'd like others to see you, select to start your webcam. The button turns blue when your video is on.

If you don't want people to hear you, select to mute yourself.

Change your mind and don't want to be on video? Select to stop your video for the meeting. The button turns gray when your video is off.

Share Content

To share your screen during the meeting, select .

To share files, such as a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation, under , select More Options > Share File.

Your sharing option (screen, file, or application) is saved for you for the next time you select .

Go to the Share menu for more sharing options.

Record a Meeting

Your meetings are important. If your whole team can't be there, or if you want to remember what was said, record your meeting to share later. The recording includes the audio, video, and presentation.

While in your meeting, select to record right away. You and your participants will see a red icon when recording is in process.

When the meeting ends, you’ll receive an email with the recording link.

Your recording typically arrives soon after the meeting, but it might take a while, depending on recording size, site bandwidth, and other factors.
