    How many invitations can I send at one time?

    How many invitations can I send out?

    With all current Webex versions in production, the maximum number of invitations and registration invitations you can send at one time through the scheduler has been revised. The previously published meeting participant capacities will also now be enforced.  The number of participants that may join a meeting may be lower than the published amount depending on your contract with Webex.

    The maximum number of invitations that can be sent at one time are as follows:

    Webex MeetingsInviteesA maximum of 1,000 invitations can be sent.
    RegistrationsA maximum of 1,000 invitations to register for a meeting can be sent.
    ParticipantsUp to 1,000 participants can attend a Meeting Center meeting. Note that this number may vary based on your company’s Webex contractual agreement.
    Webex EventsInvitees10,000 maximum between invited attendees + panelists. For example if 2 panelists are invited, you may invite 9,998 attendees.
    RegistrationsA maximum of 10,000 invitations to register can be sent.
    ParticipantsUp to 3,000 participants can attend an event. Note that this number may vary based on your company’s Webex contractual agreement.
    Webex TrainingInviteesA maximum of 1,000 invitations can be sent.
    RegistrationsA maximum of 1,000 invitations to register for a meeting can be sent.
    ParticipantsUp to 1,000 participants can attend a Training Center session. Note that this number may vary based on your company’s Webex contractual agreement.
