Move participants to the stage in meetings, webinars, and events

Only you, not other meeting participants, see the changes that you make.
This feature isn’t available for webinars in webcast view.
Up to eight participants can appear on the stage at any given time. So, if the host or cohost syncs their stage and adds participants to it, you can only add more participants if one or more of the slots on the stage is available. To move someone to the stage, drag their video thumbnail to it. You can also hover over a participant's video and click Move to Stage. or right-click their name in the participants panel and selectIf you don't see the video thumbnail of the person that you want to add, click Next page |

To show or hide the active speaker from the stage, select Layout On the Webex Suite meeting platform, on desktop, you can also set this when you're not in a meeting. Click Settings |

To remove someone from the stage, click Remove from stage

(Optional) If you have multiple people on the stage and want to reorder them, done one of the following:
You can't reorder participants of a stage that's synced by the host or cohost. |

To move someone to the stage, drag their video thumbnail to it. You can also tap the participant video thumbnail, and then tap Move to stage. If you don't see the video thumbnail of the person that you want to add, drag the participant videos at the top of the screen right or left. |
