Webex App | View upcoming meetings for a space

In Webex App, you see all the meetings scheduled in a space. You can view either the full list of meetings or a single entry. However, you won't see Personal Room meetings or meetings scheduled from your Webex site in a space.
Schedule a meeting

You can also view upcoming meetings that aren't associated with a space.

Sign in to your Webex App.

Go to the space you want to check and click Meetings. You'll see a list of all scheduled meetings for that space.

  • On desktop app, you'll see meetings scheduled for the next 30 days.

  • On web app, you'll see the next five upcoming meetings.

The Calendar tab displays a list of scheduled meetings in that space.

  1. Select the meeting to see more information, such as the meeting link, description, and who's invited to the meeting.

    As the meeting organizer, you can click to change the date and time, for example.

  2. Click Meeting recap to see a list of available recordings, meeting summaries, and transcripts in that space.

Go to Messaging Messaging button and select a space you want to check.

Tap the activity menu More options button, and choose Meetings. You’ll see a list of all the meetings that have been scheduled for that space.

You can view scheduled meetings for up to the next 30 days.
