Keyboard shortcuts

Keyboard navigation

You can use your keyboard to navigate through Webex App.

Some keyboard shortcuts work in a specific context. For example, Ctrl + B on Windows or Command+B on Mac, toggles bold text when you're writing a message.

  • Use the Tab key to navigate within your app. Use Shift + Tab to navigate through items.

  • Use Alt on Windows and Command on Mac with the left or right arrow keys to navigate forward and back through spaces and tabs, and mark spaces as read.

  • Use the Spacebar or Enter to select items.

Some keyboard shortcuts do not need a specific context. These "global" shortcuts work even if Webex App is minimized or in the background. These are listed with a tick ✓ in the global? column of the following keyboard shortcut tables.
