If you have moved away from the active meeting screen, you can easily return to it through the Meeting softkey or the Calendar list.

The "Meeting" softkey is available when your administrator configures it on the phone.

When a meeting is in progress on the phone, you can see the dedicated meeting icon (Webex meeting icon or Teams meeting icon) and duration at the top right of the phone home screen.

On the phone home screen, press Meeting.

If your administrator doesn't configure the Meeting softkey on the phone, do the following:

  1. Press Calendar.

    For Cisco Desk Phone 9851 and 9861, you can also tap Calendar Calendar hardkey to open the meetings list.

  2. Navigate to the active meeting by using the Navigation Cluster.

  3. Press Return.

If you have moved away from the active meeting screen, you can easily return to it through either the active meeting bar (at the bottom of screen) or the Calendar list.

Do one of the following actions:

  • On a screen that displays the active meeting bar, tap the bar to return to the active meeting.

    Meanwhile, if your phone receives an incoming call or your phone has another call on shared line, the active meeting bar will display at the bottom right corner of the screen. The call bar will display at the middle bottom of the screen. For example:

    The meeting icon in the bar reflects the meeting type: Webex meeting Webex meeting icon or Teams meeting Teams meeting icon.

  • On the phone home screen, tap Calendar to open the Calendar list, and tap Return on the active meeting.
