Webex App | Turn on closed captions for a phone call
Feedback?During a phone call, turn on automated closed captions to make the call more accessible. Your call is moved to a meeting and as people speak, what they say appears in the meeting window.
Your administrator must enable moving your call to a meeting for you and you must have a meetings licence.
When you record a call, you can't move the call to a meeting.
