How do I vote for an idea requests on the User Community Feedback page?

 

Join our Webex Community and ask for new features, vote on features that are important to you and check on their progress. You can offer new product ideas, make suggestions for current feature improvements, and even vote on other community members’ ideas.

Submitted ideas will be evaluated by our product teams for upcoming releases and will be responded to so you know where things stand.

To submit an idea:

  1. Go to the User Community Feedback page at https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/.
  2. Select Add a new idea, then fill out the form.
  3. Enter your email address in the Tell us who you are field.
  4. Select Share idea.
An account is automatically created, and you are required to verify your email address. Please check your email to verify your email address and create a password.

To vote for an existing idea:
  1. Go to the User Community Feedback page at https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/.
  2. Explore the Recent, Trending, or Popular tabs, and the filter based on the category.
  3. Once you find an idea worthy of your vote, click on the VOTE icon to the left of the idea.
Note: After you have voted for an idea, an email notification is sent out to you if someone comments on the idea in the portal or the status changes.
