Playback Control Section is Missing from the Network-Based Recording Properties Page
    list-menuFeedback?

Playback control section is missing from the Network-Based Recording properties page.

The option to truncate recordings isn't present on the recording properties page.

I don't see the option to use partial playback on the Edit Recorded Meeting page.

The option for full playback is missing from the recording information page.Unable to find the Partial playback option for a NBR recording.

    Cause:
This occurs if the duration of a Network-Based Recording is one minute or less, or if the file format of the recording is in any other format other than ARF.

    Solution:

It is not possible to truncate a Network-Based Recording file with a duration of one minute or less, or if the file format of the recording is MP4.

See the workaround below to truncate an NBR file:

    1. Download the Network-Based Recording to your desktop.
      • Manage Cisco Webex Meetings Recordings
    2. Open the file and convert it to a different format, see:
      • Convert a Recording in Cisco Webex Meetings Suite to Another Format
        • Note: MP4 files will not stream from a Webex site and can only be downloaded.
    3. Edit the exported recording using a third party video editing tool.
    4. Upload the modified file to your Webex site, see:
      • Add a Recording to My Webex Site
