Webex Business Suite (WBS) 31.1 and later

  • Promotion codes are automatically generated by the system and cannot be defined by the end user.
  • In order to create coupons the site must be configured with eCommerce.
  • 'Coupons' have been renamed to 'Promotion Codes' (Applicable to Training Center & Event Center E-Commerce)
Site Administrators Only

To create a new promotion code:
  1. Log in to your Webex site administration page. (Example: SITENAME.Webex.com/admin.php)
  2. Click Configuration in the left navigation bar.
  3. Click Training Center or Event Center, then select E-Commerce.
  4. Under E-Commerce Settings, click on the Promotion Codes... button.
The 'Create Promotion Codes' window appears.
  1. Complete all of the fields, then click Create.
To delete a promotion code:
  1. Log in to your Webex site administration page. (Example: SITENAME.Webex.com/admin.php)
  2. Click Configuration in the left navigation bar.
  3. Click on Training Center or Event Center, then select E-Commerce.
  4. Under the E-Commerce Reports section, click on the Promotion Code Report link.
The 'Promotion Code Report' window pops up.
  1. Select the date range for the report, (optional) specify additional filtering options, then click the Display Report button.
Note: View usage details of promotion codes issued in the past year. You can run reports for any three-month period within the last 12 months.
  1. Check on the Recipient Name box, then click on the Delete Promotion Codes button.

  1. Click the OK button to confirm the deletion.

Note: Once you delete promotion codes, they can no longer be used.
