Where do PowerPoint notes display in the meeting?
Solution:
If sharing a PowerPoint file containing notes on Windows-based computer, a new panel will display containing the notes or a PowerPoint Notes button will appear at the bottom right of the screen. After clicking on the PowerPoint Notes button, the notes will be visible to the presenter:
- Click on the Share button.
- Click on the File button.
- Click on the Share file.
- Browse for the PowerPoint file, and share it.
- Select PPT Notes from the three dots at the bottom right of the application.
- To open PowerPoint Notes in another window, click on the pop-out icon.
Note:
- PowerPoint Notes are now supported with Office 2013 & 2016 files on Windows operating system only.
- PowerPoint Notes are currently not supported when sharing from a Mac.
