    Error: 'Meeting Limit Exceeded. You cannot have more than 1 meeting running at the same time.'

    I encountered an error message, "Meeting limit exceeded," when trying to start a second meeting with the same account. This article will provide insights into why you may encounter this message and offer guidance on resolving the issue.


    RESOLUTION

    You need additional host licenses to host multiple sessions at a time.  Online subscriptions cannot host multiple sessions from one user account. 
    (Example: If you would like to host two sessions at a time, you will need two host licenses purchased for your Organization with two different host accounts.)

    The exceptions to this rule are as follows:

    • You have a Support Center service type site and can conduct 4-8 simultaneous support sessions.

    If you want more information, you can contact your two contact points: Your Webex Site Administrator or Cisco Support.
