Solution:
Touch ID Support for non-SSO Sites
Mobile users can enable Touch ID, and then easily and securely sign into that same site using their fingerprints. This is currently available only on non-SSO sites.
To sign in to the Webex Meetings app on your mobile device, you will need a Webex host account. If you are only going to attend meetings, you do not need to sign in.
To login to a non-SSO account:
- Launch the Cisco Webex Meetings app.
- Tap Sign in
- Enter the email address associated with your host account, then tap Next.
- Do one of the following:
- On the Select Site screen: tap on one of the listed Webex Sites.
Or
- Tap Enter Site URL, then type your Webex site:
- Enter your host account password, then tap Next.
If your password is accepted, you will then be logged in, and may choose to Start or Join meetings.
To login to an SSO account with the Cisco Webex Meetings app:
- Launch the Cisco Webex Meetings app.
- Tap Sign in.
- Enter the email address associated with your host account, then tap NEXT.
- Do one the following:
- On the Select Site screen: tap on one of the listed Webex Sites.
Or
- Tap Enter Site URL, then type your Webex site:
Your company's Single Sign-On page appears.
If your password was accepted, you will now be signed in and can start meetings.
