Error: 'Due to an event capacity limit, you cannot view the multimedia content the presenter is sharing'

Due to a cap on the number of viewers, Webex Webinar attendees may be unable to view shared multimedia and participant videos.
RESOLUTION
For Webex Webinars
For Webex Webinars on WBS 41.3 or earlier, only the first 1000 attendees can view participant videos. This cap doesn't apply to Webex Events (New) from WBS 41.4 onwards, where the 1000-viewer limit is lifted.
CAUSE
A system limit on video viewers during a Webex Event is set to maintain event quality. The limit varies by Cisco Webex Business Suite version and webinar type.
Organizers should inform attendees about these limits for significant events and use Webex Webinars WBS 41.4 or newer for events expecting over 1000 video viewers.
