Solution:
The Webex Document Loader (WDL) is a printer driver used to import documents into Webex meetings. The WDL printer driver cannot be used to print documents on other printers.
If you accidentally try to print a document using Webex Document Loader, it will not print the document to a local or network printer.
To cancel the print queue:
