How do I open a WBX Tracer log file?

Solution:

To open a .WBT file, you need the WBX tracer tool, which you can download at: WBX000026383 - WBX Tracer

The WBX Tracer tool gathers logs in a live session related to 'in meeting' issues. The tool is used for diagnosing various meeting issues like:

  • application crashing
  • teleconference issues
  • meeting connection issues (chat, polling, multimedia, network based recording).
