How to Find Your Webex Site Cluster ID in Control Hub
Feedback?A Webex site is assigned to a cluster when it's first created and will receive updates based on the cluster it's on. You can reference the cluster name on the Webex Global Service Status page to determine when your site will receive upgrades or if your cluster is experiencing an outage.
Use your cluster name when referencing the Webex Global Service Status Calendar page.
Follow these steps to find your cluster name:
- Log in to Control Hub.
- In the left-side navigation panel, go to Services > Meeting.
- Click your Webex site name in the Sites list. Click Settings.
- Under Site Info click Site Information Detail.
- The site cluster name will show in the Site Details section.
