You can find out what cluster your Webex site is on so you can check when you'll receive updates and new features.
Check the cluster your Cisco Webex Site is on in Control Hub.
Webex sites are assigned to a cluster when they're first created and receive updates based on what cluster they're on.
You can check when your cluster is scheduled for an update at https://status.webex.com.
To check the cluster your Cisco Webex Site is on in Control Hub:
- Log in to Control Hub: https://admin.webex.com.
- Go to Services, and under Meeting, select Sites.
- Choose the Webex site to know the cluster information, and click Configure Site.
- Under Common Settings, select Site Information.
Check Cluster tab.
