Schedule a Meeting on Behalf of a Host
If you have a hosting account, you can schedule meetings or training sessions on behalf of someone in your organization. The host must allow you to schedule meetings or sessions on their behalf. To enable another Host to Schedule Meetings or Training sessions on your behalf, see below:

Note: If the person you're scheduling on behalf of also wants someone else to start the meeting, a cohost can take over the host role.

  1. From Microsoft Office Web App, select Calendar.
  2. Under My Calendars, click the More options icon next to Calendar, and then select Sharing and permissions.
  3. Enter the name or email address of the person you want to add as a delegate.
  4. Select Delegate from the permissions drop-down menu, and then click Share
