Update audio announcement and email communication language
You can change the language for your audio announcements, voice prompts, IP phone display, and email communication. If you don’t want to change the preferred language, the language set by your system administrator at the organization level is used.

Sign in to User Hub, then click . |

Go to General section and select your preferred language from the Announcement language and Email language drop-down lists. |

Click Save. For details on languages supported by Webex, see supported languages. |
