Webex App | Hide the floating mini window when multitasking during a call or meeting
When your call or meeting window is minimized or covered up by other applications, a floating mini window appears on top of the other applications that you have open. You can control whether to show the floating mini window.
The floating mini window is set to show so it's easier to get back to your active call or meeting, you can turn it off if you prefer.

Under Multitasking, uncheck Show floating window for calls and meetings. |
You see the floating window only if you allow Webex App to record the content of your screen on your Mac. On the Apple menu, click Screen Recording & System Audio, turn on the toggle for Webex.
