Webex App | Play a notification sound when you receive a message in a meeting

Make sure you know when someone sends you a chat message during a meeting. Choose to have Webex App play a unique sound on your computer when you receive a message.

1	When you're in a meeting, click Audio options > Audio Settings. When you're not in a meeting, open settings from your profile picture.
2	Click Notifications > Meetings.
3	Under In-meeting notification sounds, check I receive a message and choose a sound from the drop-down list.
4	Choose when to play the sound. Only if I'm not viewing the Chat panel—If the chat panel is hidden, the notification sound plays each time you receive a message in the meeting. Only for the first message in the thread—The notification sound plays only when you receive the first message in the meeting, whether the chat panel is hidden or shown. Always—The notification sound plays each time you receive a message in the meeting, whether the chat panel is hidden or shown.
